I don't know how many of you ever ran afoul of the old poetry.com, but once your poetry was on that site it was hard to get it removed. There was a number you had to call - and I can only guess at the resistance you'd have gotten, but I don't think they made you call so they could wish you a nice day.

Running a site when you have plenty of spare time is relatively simple - running it when you are short of time is difficult, and when you have very little time at all, it's close to impossible!

I'm looking for help in the following areas:

1) IBPC Co-ordination - if we are to stay with the IBPC, I need some assistance with admin/entries on a monthly basis. Otherwise, we'll have no choice but to drop out of the contest.

July was a relatively busy time, with some new faces appearing, which is always nice to see - a big wave to you all! Well, in all honesty, it's been a very poor month for The Maelstrom. There have been a couple of new members that we've seen (Hello to you all!), but generally, participation levels are well down.
